Home Schooling
In the field of education, one of the most popular experiments explored by parents is, ‘Home schooling’. Homeschooling is where children, rather than going to school, stay and learn at home. Children constantly learn new things and are exposed to new experiences in the subjects they like. But they need to keep up to date with all necessary concepts and capacities relevant to their ages. Children also need to work in teams as per their emotional requirements. Are the children able to approach opportunities relating to what they want to explore and experience? Are their capacities and concepts being simulated with relevance to their age? Whether children are been given a chance to engage in team work? How are they responding and solving problems faced by them? These aspects need to constantly be monitored. How should the activities for children be structured? How can parents evaluate the work performed by children? How to set children free within their scopes? How to assist children in the learning process? Swaarka works to provide guidance on various questions like these during counseling.
Parental counselling
Parents have many questions relating to changes which occur within children, reasons behind such changes and their behavior in response to these changes. They are interested in knowing more about their child’s studies, their child’s likings and difficulties faced by them in their leaning process. Swaarka has initiated counseling to assist the parents with these challenges. We address and solve these difficulties related to their child’s emotions, academics and behavior through discussion sessions. We try to pay attention towards how communication between parents and their children can be better and more transparent. By studying a child’s learning process in depth; we discover a medium of convenience through which it’s easy for the child to learn. During discussions, parents learn and understand how a convenient medium can be used by them to their child’s benefit. Since every child is unique, accepting the child they way it is, creating a suitable environment and an equal opportunity to learn is what is addressed during counseling with parents.
