Meet the Founders
Chaitrali Rahalkar
Chaitrali has completed her Post Graduation in Sanskrit. She has an experience of 8 years of working with children at Gram Mangal Learning Home. She has delivered lectures at different venues on topics which include, “Education through epistemology” and “Teachers' epistemological approach”. With this immense experience, in Swaarka, she is engaged mainly in workshops, annual projects, content writing for development of educational games and facilitation. She is also actively involved in conducting training sessions for parents and teachers
Advait Rahalkar
Advait has completed his Post Graduation in the field of Commerce. He is also an ardent Drama enthusiast and has written and directed one-act plays. He has also conducted Theatre Workshops for small children. He is multi faceted and is hence the presenter in various performances presented by Swaarka, content writer and facilitator for workshops and annual projects and also responsibly handles the Financial and Administrative aspects.
Nehal Pimpalkhare
Nehal is a clinical psychologist. She has completed her Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology. She’s been actively working for the mental health of small and adolescent children for the past 4 years. She is passionately involved in art forms which include Bharatanatyam and Theatre and possesses performance experiences. Aided with a vast experience, in Swaarka, she’s involved in the study and analysis of the mentality of children and uses it to develop effective educational tools and games; she is also involved in workshops and is a content writer and facilitator as well.
Yash Padalkar
Yash is a painter and a craftsman. He has amassed mastery in Chalk Carving. His creative skills prove to be of immense help to Swaarka in creating educational tools and games for children. He is actively involved in workshops and annual projects and leaves no stone unturned in search of a perfect venue to create an appropriate learning environment for the children. He is a facilitator for Swaarka’s workshops and is also involved in the Financial and Administrative aspects.
Nachiket Thatte
Nachiket has completed his Post Graduation in the field of Commerce. He works as an Administrator and Art Director for many plays and short films. He is an ardent sports enthusiast. He oversees the technical and administrative work at Swaarka. He also works as a facilitator during the workshops conducted by Swaarka.
Spruha Kulkarni
Spruha is a Bharatanatyam Dancer. She has achieved ‘Nrutya Alankar’ degree from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya and has completed her Post Graduation in Bharatanatyam from Bharatiya Vidyapith. She has performed in many Dance and Drama Festivals. In Swaarka, she contributes essentially to the study of use of dance as a medium of learning for children. Since she herself is a choreographer, she works as a creative director for Swaarka’s performances and usually is also a presenter in the same.
